Aclass Chauffeurs General Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Smoking Policy: All vehicles operated by Aclass Chauffeurs strictly enforce a no-smoking policy for the comfort and safety of all passengers.
2. Minimum Charge: A minimum fee of £50.00 will be applied for our services.
3. Deposit and Payment: To confirm your booking, a deposit of £40.00 is required. The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due 14 days prior to your travel date. Various payment methods are accepted.
4. Waiting Time Charges: Pre-booked waiting time is charged at £25.00 per hour. This rate increases to £30.00 for each additional hour beyond the initial agreement. From midnight to 05:00 am, the charge for pre-booked waiting time is £30.00 per hour, increasing to £35.00 for each additional hour outside the agreed time.
5. Right to Refuse Service: Aclass Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who exhibits abusive or threatening behavior towards the driver or others. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
6. Responsibility for Damages: Clients are responsible for any damage or soiling caused to the vehicle, both inside and out. Charges will be applied for damages. Additionally, compensation for lost business will be sought if the damage impacts our ability to serve other clients.
7. Additional Mileage Charges: Mileage exceeding the agreement may incur extra charges.
8. Liability for Delays: Aclass Chauffeurs cannot be held liable for delays due to external factors such as traffic conditions, accidents, or unforeseen natural events.
9. Insurance and Personal Property: While Aclass Chauffeurs is fully insured for passenger and third-party liabilities, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property during your journey.
10. Food and Beverage Policy: Only food and beverages provided by Aclass Chauffeurs may be consumed in our vehicles.
11. Child Seat Policy: Child seats are available upon request, with a signed disclaimer from parents/guardians confirming their satisfaction with the safety of the seat. Clients may also use their own child seats, provided they are fitted correctly before departure.
12. Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed in our vehicles at the company's discretion, with an additional charge. Guide dogs are exempt from this charge if pre-booked.
13. Use of Subcontracted Vehicles: On occasion, Aclass Chauffeurs may use subcontracted vehicles. Clients will be informed of this in advance.
14. Driver Punctuality and Safety: Our drivers will always aim to be punctual, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. All drivers adhere to national speed limits and drive according to road and traffic conditions for your safety.
15. Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for additional costs incurred during the hire, including tolls, parking, and congestion charges. Parking infringements directed by the client will also be charged to the client.
16. No-show Policy: If a client fails to arrive at the designated pick-up point, all payments are non-refundable. An additional waiting charge of £30.00 per hour may also be imposed.
